All coordinators is committed to taking reasonable efforts to secure the personal data of the tutors. To protect the privacy of any personal information that the tutors may have provided. In addition, access to sensitive data as defined in this Statement is limited to those individuals and agents having a need to know. No other form of activity is to be associated except tuition matching activity. Coordinators that misused the tutor data to sell products like insurance will be dealt with. Any leakage of tutor data to third party will be seriously dealt with too.
To enhance our search engine and website performance, we may shut the
site down for a few hours for maintenance from time to time. There will not be any pre-warning or compensation made for these downtime. However, these occurrences are always very seldom and kept to the minimum. We
will always try to keep the frequency as low as possible. Sorry for the
inconvenience caused.
EdustarAsia Tuition is not responsible for resolving any conflict or disagreement that may arise between coordinator, student and tutor.
Tuition Coordinators are functioning as an independent entity and EdustarAsia is not liable for any activities of the coordinators.
Coordinators are advised to follow the rate of charges for the tuition. The rate of charges will follow the tuition rates table stated on edustarasia.com.sg unless otherwise stated. EdustarAsia Tuition reserve the rights to change the rates at anytime and will explicitly state on the website if we do so.
Coordinators can only use the database for contacting tutors on tuition related matters and not allowed to use the database for other non-tuition related matters. Coordinators are not allowed to share the tutor information with other agencies or personnel without prior consent of EdustarAsia.Coordinators have to comply with Personal Data Protection Act.

Please take note that EdustarAsia Tuition Services will only provide
access to tutor's database to Tuition Coordinators. Tuition Coordinators
have to source for their own assignments. No refund will be made once the payment has been made.
Client is deemed to have agreed with all the terms and conditions stated on this webpage when the payment is made.
EdustarAsia reserves the right to terminate the account anytime during the contractual period and refund the prorated fees.EdustarAsia reserves the right to vary any terms and conditions without prior notice.
